Click on the “Members” tab at the right of the page

Enter logon information

Once logged in as a member, click on the “Your Coverage” tab at the top of the page

Click on “My Benefits”

A page will come up that houses your specific member benefit booklets under “Benefit Booklets, Summary and Facts”

Click on the link for your benefit booklet.
